Notification

The 21st February, 2025

No. SEC/4E-II/2025/262.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification No. SEC/

E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the names of Smt. Bhagrthi W/o Sh. Anil Lohia, Chairman and

Sh. Walid Khan S/o Sh. Fateh Mohammad, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Faridabad, District Faridabad under

section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Faridabad vide letter

No. 589/Panchayat, dated 14.02.2025 has informed that in the meeting held on 24.01.2025, “No Confidence Motion”

has been passed against Smt. Bhagrthi W/o Sh. Anil Lohia, Chairman and Sh. Walid Khan S/o Sh. Fateh

Mohammad, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Faridabad, District Faridabad respectively. He has requested to

de-notify their names as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Faridabad respectively.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the names of Smt. Bhagrthi

W/o Sh. Anil Lohia, Chairman and Sh. Walid Khan S/o Sh. Fateh Mohammad, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti,

Faridabad, District Faridabad respectively with immediate effect.
