Notification

The 21st February, 2025

No. SEC/4E-II/2025/268.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification No. SEC/

E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Shashi W/o Sh. Sunder, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat

Samiti, Tigaon District Faridabad under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Faridabad vide letter

No. 590/Panchayat, dated 14.02.2025 has informed that in the meeting held on 28.01.2025, “No Confidence Motion”

has been passed against Smt. Shashi W/o Sh. Sunder, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon, District Faridabad.

He has requested to de-notify her name as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Smt. Shashi

W/o Sh. Sunder, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon, District Faridabad with immediate effect.
