Notification

The 28th February, 2025

No. SEC/4E-II/2025/301.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification

No.SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Neelam W/o Sh. Sanjay, Chairman,

Panchayat Samiti, Hansi-I, District Hisar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Hisar vide letter

No. Panchayat/PA/2025/6784, dated 09.01.2025 has informed that in the meeting held on 09.01.2025,

“No Confidence Motion” has been passed against Smt. Neelam W/o Sh. Sanjay, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti,

Hansi-I, District Hisar. He has requested to de-notify her name as Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Hansi-I,

District Hisar.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Neelam

W/o Sh. Sanjay as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Block Hansi-I, District Hisar with immediate effect.
