Notification

The 31st October, 2025

No 9/113/2025-4CII.― In exercise of the powers conferred under the second proviso to sub-section (2)

of section 2A of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to amend

the Schedule appended to the said Act upto the effect that Municipal Committee, Barwala is proposed to be declared

as Municipal Council, Barwala and is hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft of amendment shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or

after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette

together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to

Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, from any person with respect to the draft of amendment

before the expiry of the period so specified.

DRAFT AMENDMENT

In the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), for the existing Schedule, the following Schedule shall be

substituted, namely :-
