The 4th November, 2025
No. 9/114/2025-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the
Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the areas of village Nagal (part),
Tobra (part), Khor (part), Dhanunda (part), Uninda (part), Meerpur (Rajput) (part), Saidpur (part), Fatehpur (part)
within the limits of Municipal Committee, Ateli Mandi in District Mahendragarh as defined in the Haryana
Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/6/2006-3C1, dated the 28th March, 2006 and the
boundaries now proposed are as specified in the Schedule given below.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government
on or after the expiry of the period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, in writing may be received by the Commissioner and
Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Mahendragarh
from any person in respect of the draft of notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
