Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges are pleased to make the amendments in the Judicial Courts Premises and

Compound Fund Rules, 2013 (applicable to the State of Punjab); Judicial Court Premises and Compound Funds

Rules, 2023 (applicable to the State of Haryana) and Judicial Court Premises and Compound Funds Rules, 2023

(applicable to U.T. Chandigarh) in the following manner:-

1.

Title of Judicial Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2013 (applicable to the State of Punjab);

Judicial Court Premises and Compound Funds Rules, 2023 (applicable to the State of Haryana)

and Judicial Court Premises and Compound Funds Rules, 2023 (applicable to U.T. Chandigarh) and

Rule 1(i) is amended as "Punjab Judicial Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2013"; "Haryana

Judicial Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2023" and "Union Territory Chandigarh Judicial

Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2023" respectively.

Rule 7(1)(c) of the "Punjab Judicial Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2013; "Haryana

Judicial Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2023" and "Union Territory Chandigarh Judicial

Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2023" is substituted as under:-

"7(1)(c).

The upkeep and furnishing of Judicial Guest House, Court rooms and adjoining

chambers."
