No. 2006/HERC/Tariff Section.— It is hereby notified that in the Haryana Electricity Regulatory

Commission notification titled “Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for

determination of Tariff from Renewable Energy Sources, Renewable Purchase Obligation and Renewable Energy

Certificate) Regulations, 2025),” published in the Haryana Government Gazette vide Notification No. 44-2025 dated

04-11-2025, the reference “Regulation No. HERC/62/2025” shall be read as “Regulation No. HERC/63/2025.”
