The 26th November, 2025

No. 04/43/2025-4CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 77 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation

Election Rules, 1994 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is hereby pleased to

appoint the Civil Judge (Senior Division) of each district as a one-man Tribunal to conduct inquiries in respect of

election petitions relating to the Municipal Corporations within their respective jurisdiction.

This order is in supersession of Haryana Government, Urban Development Department notification

No. 14/28/2005-3CII dated 15.11.2006 and Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 18/80/2013-3CI

dated 05.07.2013.
