Notification

(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013)

No. 28GA-87/D-14.— Whereas the Governor of Haryana, vide its Notification No. 28GA-87/D-13 dated

05.12.2024 issued under section section-19(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has declared that a total of 47.93 acres land is required in the

Villages Sultanpur (39), Mubarikpur (37), Budhera (43) and Chandu (44) Tehsil Farrukhnagar and Harsaru

District Gurugram for public purpose, namely, 4-lanning of Jhajjar- Farrukhnagar- Gurugram road (SH-15A)

from Km 21.300 to 34.800 in Gurugram District.

The Governor of Haryana, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of

period of the aforesaid notification u/s 19(1) of the Act, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section-25

of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013,

hereby extend the Period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 19(1) of the Act, for pronouncement

of an Award under section-23 of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of

10.12.2025.
