The 29th December, 2025

No. LAC (R)- 2025/NTLA/405.— Whereas it appears the Governor of Haryana that land described in the

Specification below situated in the revenue estate of Village Teha, H.B. No.107 and Garhi Keshri, H.B. No. 242

Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonipat is required for a public purpose, namely, for Residential Sector-7-8 Ganaur under the

Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977 by the Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977 by the

Haryana Urban Development Authority for which notification no. LAC(R)-2013/NTLA/377 dated 31.12.2013 has

been issued under section 4 read the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and published in the Haryana Government gazette

(extra ordinary). It is already declared that the land described in the specification below if required urgently for the

above purpose.

This notification is made under the provisions of the section-6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for the

information of all to whom it may concern.

The Plan of this land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Directorate of Urban

Estate, Haryana Sector-3, Rohtak and District Town Planner Sonipat.
