Notification

The 4th January, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/171.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-

II/2022/8020, dated 30.11.2022 had notified name of Smt. Pinki Rani w/o Sh. Jai Bhagwan as Sarpanch,

Gram Panchayat Daulatpur Maliyan, Block Sarswati Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar under section 161 (4) of the

Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar vide order No. 594-602/Panchayat, dated 22.01.2026

removed Smt.Pinki Rani w/o Sh. Jai Bhagwan from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Daulatpur Maliyan, Block

Sarswati Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar on the basis of disqualification under Section 175(j) of the Haryana

Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Smt. Pinki Rani w/o Sh. Jai Bhagwan from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Daulatpur Maliyan,

Block Sarswati Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar with immediate effect.
