Notification

The 13th January, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/36.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification No. SEC/ E-

II/2022/8524, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Smt. Kajal w/o Sh. Sandeep as Member Ward No. 13, Zila

Parishad, Panipat and vide notification No. SEC/E-II/2024/496, dated 18.06.2024 as President, Zila Parishad,

Panipat, District Panipat under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Panipat vide letter

No. 6598/Panchayat, dated 25.07.2025 and No. 10524/Panchayat, dated 12.12.2025 has informed that Director

General, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana vide order No. ZP/2025/30066-71, dated 27.06.2025

disqualified Smt. Kajal w/o Sh. Sandeep, Member, Ward No. 13, Zila Prishad, Panipat and President, Zila Parishad,

Panipat.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Kajal w/o

Sh. Sandeep from the post of Member, Ward No.13, Zila Parishad, Panipat and also from the post of President of

Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat with immediate effect.
