Notification

The 22nd January, 2026

No. 03/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of

section 15 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and

Taxation Department, notification No. 36/GST-2, dated the 17th September, 2025, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/GST-2, dated the

17th September, 2025, -

(a)

in the Schedule II – 9%, after serial number 4 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and

entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

(b)

In Schedule III – 20%, after serial number 13 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and

entries thereagainst shall be added, namely: -

This notification shall come into force with 1st day of February, 2026.
