Notification

The 30th January, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/104.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-

II/2022/7187, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Smt. Supriya w/o Sh. Tejpal as Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat

Fartiya Kehar, Block Loharu, District Bhiwani under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani vide order No. 13230-35/Panchayat, dated 22.12.2025 removed

Smt. Supriya w/o Sh. Tejpal from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Fartiya Kehar, Block Loharu, District

Bhiwani under section 51(3)(e) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Smt. Supriya w/o Sh. Tejpal, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Fartiya Kehar, Block Loharu, District Bhiwani with

immediate effect.
