Notification

The 30th January, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/110.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-

II/2022/7501, dated 30.11.2022 had notified name of Sh. Sukhbir Dutt s/o Sh. Rishi Ram as Sarpanch, Gram

Panchayat Safiyabad, Block Rai, District Sonipat under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat vide order No. 634-40/Panchayat, dated 13.01.2026 removed

Sh. Sukhbir Dutt s/o Sh. Rish Ram from the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Safiyabad, Block Rai, District

Sonipat on the basis of disqualification under Section 175(n) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, Sections

51(3)(b) and 51(3)(c) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Sh. Sukbir Dutt s/o Sh.Rishi Ram, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Safiyabad, Block Rai, District Sonipat with immediate

effect.
