Notification

The 30th January, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/116.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-

II/2022/7984, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Parmal Singh s/o Sh. Prem Chand as Panch, Ward

No. 6, Gram Panchayat Panjupur, Block Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana

Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar vide order No. 368-74/Panchayat PC-3, dated 14.01.2026

removed Sh. Parmal Singh s/o Sh. Prem Chand from the post of Panch, Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Panjupur,

Block Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar under section 51(3) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Sh. Parmal Singh s/o Sh. Prem Chand from the post of Panch, Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Panjupur, Block

Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar with immediate effect.
