DECLARATION

No. 28 GA-87/D-15.—Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that a total of 0.2125 acres land is

required in the Village- Harsaru, Tehsil –Harsaru, District-Gurugram for public purpose, namely already constructed

Gurugram Pataudi Rewari Road.

It is hereby declared that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose in

compliance of the order dated 23.07.2013 passed in CWP No. 22156 of 2012 connected with CWP No. 17801 of

2012 as well as order dated 29.04.2024 passed in EA No. 21 of 2019. The land in question is under possession of

PWD B&R Department & same is also exempted from the social impact assessment report from the competent

authority issued vide letter No. 14/22/2024-2 B&R (W) dated 24.04.2024 and letter No. 14/18/2024-2 B&R (W) dated

26.04.2024.
