Notification

The 2nd February, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/146.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification No. SEC/E-

II/2022/7689, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Jitender Kumar s/o Sh. Mool Chand as Panch,

Ward No. 3, Gram Panchayat Mandhawali, Block Tigaon, District Faridabad under section 161 (4) of the Haryana

Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Faridabad vide his

memo No. 3422/Election, dated 08.10.2025 and 473/Panchayat, dated 23.12.2025 has informed that name of

Sh. Jitender Kumar s/o Sh. Mool Chand was wrongly sent for the post of Panch, Ward No. 3 for Gram

Panchayat Mandhawali, Block Tigaon, District Faridabad. He has requested to notify the name of Sh. Naveen s/o

Sh. Ram Singh in place of Sh. Jitender Kumar s/o Sh. Mool Chand as Panch Ward No. 3, Gram Panchayat

Mandhawali, Block Tigaon, District Faridabad.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Jitender Kumar

s/o Sh. Mool Chand as Panch, Ward No. 3, Gram Panchayat Mandhawali, Block Tigaon, District Faridabad and

notifes the name of Sh. Naveen s/o Sh. Ram Singh, as elected Panch, Ward No. 3, Gram Panchayat Mandhawali,

Block Tigaon, District Faridabad.
