Notification

The 2nd February, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/155.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification No. SEC/E-

II/2022/7295, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the names of Smt. Pinky w/o Sh. Vikas as Panch, Ward No. 4 and

Sh. Vinod s/o Sh. Maman Singh as Panch, Ward No. 11, Gram Panchayat Dahar, Block Israna, District Panipat

under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Panipat vide his letter

No. 10788/Panchayat, dated 24.12.2025 has informed that names of Smt. Pinky w/o Sh. Vikas and Sh. Vinod Kumar

s/o Sh. Maman Singh were wrongly sent for notification for the post of Panch, Ward No. 4 and 11 respectively for

Gram Panchayat Dahar, Block Israna, District Panipat. He has further requested to notify the name of Smt. Suman

w/o Sh. Sunil in place of Smt. Pinky w/o Sh. Vikas as Panch Ward No.4 and Sh. Ranbir s/o Sh. Balbir in place of

Sh. Vinod s/o Sh. Maman Singh as Panch, Ward No. 11 respectively of Gram Panchayat Dahar, Block Israna,

District Panipat.

In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the names of Smt. Pinky w/o

Sh. Vikas as Panch, Ward No. 4 and Sh. Vinod s/o Sh. Maman Singh as Panch, Ward No. 11, Gram Panchayat

Dahar, Block Israna, District Panipat and further notifies the names of Smt. Suman w/o Sh. Sunil and Sh. Ranbir s/o

Sh. Balbir, as elected Panch of Ward No. 4 and 11 respectively of Gram Panchayat Dahar, Block Israna, District

Panipat.
