Notification

The 6th February, 2026

No. G.S.R. 1/Const./Art. 309/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Directorate of Rural Development (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Directorate of Rural Development (Group C) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2026.

2.

In the Haryana Directorate of Rural Development (Group C) Service Rules, 1998 (after herein called the said

rules), in Appendix B,-

(i)

against serial.No.11, under column 4, under heading “By transfer or deputation”, for existing item (i)

the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i)

“ Graduate/‛10+2’ or its equivalent;”

(ii)

against serial.No.12,-

(a)

under column 3, for existing item (i) the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i) “10+2” or its equivalent;”

(b)

under column 4, for existing item (i) under heading “By transfer or deputation” the following

item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i)

“10+2” or its equivalent;”

(iii)

against serial.No.13, under column 4, under heading “By transfer or deputation” for existing item (i) the

following item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i)

“Graduate/‛10+2’ or its equivalent;”

(iv)

against Serial no.16,-

(a)

under column 3, for existing item (i) the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i)

“10+2” or its equivalent.

(b)

under column 4, under heading “By transfer or deputation” for existing item (i) the following

item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i)

“10+2” or its equivalent.

In the said rules, in Appendix B, for the words “Hindi upto Matric Standard”, wherever occurring, the words,

“Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education” shall be

substituted.
