No. 04/42/2023-2CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Haryana Management of

Civic Amenities and Infrastructure Deficient Municipal Areas (Special Provisions) Act, 2016 (14 of 2016), the

Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies

Department, notification No. 04/42/2023-2CI, dated the 6th October, 2023, namely: -

In the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 04/42/2023-2CI, dated the

6th October, 2023, in the Schedule, serial number 45 and entries thereagainst shall be omitted.
