Notification

The 12th August, 2026

No. SEC/4E-II/2026/1114.—Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/4E-II/

2022/8191, dated 30.11.2022 had notified the name of Sh. Krishan Kumar s/o Sh. Raj Kumar as Panch, Ward. No.1,

Gram Panchayat Sangatpura, Block and District Kaithal under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal vide order No. 3223-28/Panchayat, dated 12.06.2026 removed

Sh. Krishan Kumar s/o Sh. Raj Kumar from the post of Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Sangatpura, Block and

District Kaithal under section 51(6) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

In view of the above order, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of

Sh. Krishan Kumar s/o Sh. Raj Kumar from the post of Panch, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Sangatpura, Block and

District Kaithal.
