Notification

The 18th August, 2026

No. 4/51/2026-4CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 398 (2) (a) of the Haryana Municipal

Corporation Act, 1994, and in continuation of the notifications issued vide No. 14/73/2017-5CI dated 06.10.2017 and

No. 12/139/2020-5CI dated 01.09.2020, the Government of Haryana hereby notifies a further extension and

substitution in the policy for regularization of sub-divided industrial plots in NIT Faridabad.

The clause 1(h)(i) as substituted via notification dated 01.09.2020 is hereby further substituted with the following:

"1(h)(i): All the owners of the plots, who have sub-divided their plots without obtaining approval from the competent

authority, shall be eligible to get the sub-division of their plots regularized within a period of six months from the

date of publication of this notification."

All other terms, conditions, and technical parameters as specified in the notification dated 06.10.2017 and its

subsequent amendment dated 01.09.2020 shall remain unchanged and applicable.
