Corrigendum

The 17th August, 2026

No. CFMS-1870-R-2-2026/2018.— Whereas the Haryana Abadi Deh (Vesting, Recording and Resolving of

Ownership Rights) Rules, 2026 has been published in the Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary) vide

Notification No. CFMS-1870-R-2-2026/2018, dated the 17th August, 2026.

In the opening paragraph of the English version of the said rules, the following correction shall be substituted under the

same date and number:

For: “In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Haryana Abadi Deh (Vesting, Recording

and Resolving of Ownership Rights) Act, 2025 (Haryana Act No. 4 of 2026) and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to make the following rules for carrying out the

purposes of the said Act, namely: ”

Read: “In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Haryana Abadi Deh (Vesting, Recording

and Resolving of Ownership Rights) Act, 2025 (Haryana Act No. 4 of 2026) and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to make the following rules for carrying out the

purposes of the said Act, namely: ”
