No. 16/2/2022-3HC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to clause (g) of sub-section (1) of

section 2 of the Haryana Prevention of Public Gambling Act, 2025 (11 of 2025), the Governor of Haryana hereby

notifies ‘Rummy’ and ‘Poker’ as games of skill for the purpose of the said Act.
