Notification

The 11th September, 2026

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/15044.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following

amendment in the Notification No. MS/HLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal Services

Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:-

In the Notification No. MS/HLSA /3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide notification

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) 11474 dated 13.07.2026 the following entry shall be substituted in place of

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anoop Chitkara, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

CHAIRPERSON:-

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Suvir Sehgal, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh w.e.f. 08.09.2026.
