amount out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal

Pradesh to meet the amount spent on certain services for the

financial year 2003-2004 in excess of the amount authorised or

granted for those services for that year.

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal

Pradesh in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh

Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2009.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State

of Himachal Pradesh, the sums specified in column (3) of the

Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rs.

45,15,60,15,362 (Forty five hundred fifteen crores, sixty lakhs, fifteen

thousand three hundred sixty two rupees) shall be deemed to have

been authorized to be paid and applied to meet the amount spent

for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in

column (2) of the Schedule during the financial year 2003-2004 in

excess of the amount authorised or granted for those services for

that year.

The sums deemed to have been authorized to be paid

and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of

Himachal Pradesh under this Act shall be deemed to have been

appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule

in relation to the financial year 2003-2004.

The council will hold its meeting from time to time in order to bail out Himachal Road Transport

Corporation from its grim financial position and suggest various remedial measures in the interest of

Himachal Road Transport Corporation.

The Non-official members shall be entitled for TA/DA as admissible under the instructions

circulated vide F.D. Office Memorandum No. Fin (C)-B(7)-14/98 dated 2nd June, 2006.
