No. 15-72/99-DTO-SML-2105.—Whereas Hotel "Neel Kanth Guest House" at Baghali,

District Shimla, H.P. registered vide registration No. 15-72/99-DTO-SML-221 dated 22-1-2000

under the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department and Registration Act, 2002.

Whereas the proprietor of Hotel "Neel Kanth Guest House" at Baghali, District Shimla,

H.P. has requested for the cancellation of registration of above Hotel.

Therefore, I, Surinder Justa, District Tourism Dev. Officer, Shimla exercise of the power

vested in me under section 30 (a) of The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration

Act, 2002, hereby order to remove the name of Hotel "Neel Kanth Guest House" at Baghali,

District Shimla, H.P. from the register and cancel its certificate of registration with immediate

effect.
