309 of the Constitution of India the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following

rules, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Industries Department Sweeper/Sweeper-cum-

Chowkidar, Class-IV (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion rules, 2001, notified vide

notification No. Udyog-II (Kha) 2-30/95 dated 6-11-2001, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal

Pradesh,Industres Department, Sweeper/ Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar Class-IV (Non-Gazetted)

Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2009.

(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal

Pradesh.

Amendment of Annexure-A. In Annexure-A to the Himachal Pradesh, Industries

Department, Sweeper/Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar, Class-IV, (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and

Promotion Rules, 2001, for the existing entries against Col .15-A (V), the following shall be

substituted namely:—

“As may be constituted by the concerned recruiting authority i.e. Director of Industries from

time to time”
