Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh

Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal

Pradesh, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Head Analyist, Class-III (Non-

Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2003 notified vide notification No. FDS- A(3)-13/99

dated 14th October, 2003, namely:-

Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal

Pradesh Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Head Analyist, Class-III (Non-

Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2010.

(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra,

Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment in Annexure-“A”.—(1) In Annexure-“A” to the Himachal Pradesh

Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Head Analyist, Class-III (Non- Gazetted)

Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2003;

(a)

For the existing provision against Column No.2, the following shall be substituted,

namely.—“01(one)”.

(b)

For the existing provision against Column No.4, the following shall be substituted,

namely.—“Rs. 10300-34800+3600 Grade Pay.”

Departmental Promotion Committee, is pleased to promote Sh. Prem Lal, Inspector (Weights and

Measures) to the post of Assistant Controller, Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures), Class-II,

Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800+4200 Grade Pay in the Weights and Measures

Organization of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Himachal Pradesh with

immediate effect.

The above officer will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of

joining.

The above officer shall be entitled to exercise his option for fixation of pay under the

provision of FR-22 (I)(a)(1) within one month from the date of issue of this notification and his pay

will be fixed in accordance with Rule 11 of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules,

2009.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Departmental

Promotion Committee, is further pleased to promote Sh. Devi Ram, Inspector, Weights &

Measures(presently on adhoc basis as Assistant Controller, Legal Metrology, W&M) to the post

Assistant Controller, Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures), on officiating basis with

immediate effect.

The officiating promotion shall not confer any right upon the Officer for regular

promotion, continuation and seniority etc. against the post of Assistant Controller, Legal

Metrology, Weights & Measures.
