amendments in “High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Use, Maintenance and Control of Staff

Cars) Rules, 1981" :—

1. Short title.—These Rules shall be called “High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Use,

Maintenance and Control of Staff Cars) (Nineteenth Amendment) Rules, 2011.

2. Commencement.—They shall come into force with immediate effect.

(ii) In Rule 8, after clause(m), the following clauses shall be inserted :—

“(n)

Journey performed from Shimla to his/her native place by an officer/official of

the Registry on bereavement due to death of his/her father, mother, spouse or

children.”

“(o)

Journey performed from Shimla to his/her native place/residence in the event of

death of an employee of the Registry in harness by the member of the High

Court Welfare Association to offer wreath/pay condolences”.
