left out areas of Kullu Valley Planning Area as approved by the State Government and issue the

notice that a copy of the said Development Plan may be inspected in the following Offices during

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 5th February, 2011

No. TCP-B(2)-4/2010(Rules)STP.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to

Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the

H.P.Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the

Himachal Pradesh Department of Town & Country Planning State Town Planner, Class-I

(Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 1998 notified vide this Department notification

No.PBW-1(3)-1/78(TCP) dated 6.2.1998, namely:—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal

Pradesh Department of Town & Country Planning Department, State Town Planner, Class

I(Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2011.

These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra/e

Gazette, Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment of Annexure-A.—In Annexure-“A” to the Himachal Pradesh Town and

Country Planning Department, State Town Planner Recruitment and Promotion Rules,1998.

For the existing entry against Column No.4 the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Rs.37400-67000 +Rs.8700/- Grade Pay”.
