5 of the Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holding Act 1972, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh

is pleased to notify that the land as described below to be acquired by National Mineral

Development Corporation Ltd. ( A Govt. of India Undertaking) having registered office at Khanij

Bhawan, 10-3-311/A, Castle hills, Masabtank, Hyderabad-500028 for the excavation of limestone

under the name of National Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Arki Limestone Project,

PO Arki, Distt. Solan shall be exempted from the operation of the provisions of Himachal Pradesh

Ceiling on Land Holding Act, 1972.
