(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the

Amendment of Regulation 4.— In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 4 of the Himachal

Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Performance Standards) Regulations,

2010 (hereafter called as the said regulations)—

(a) the sign “-I ” after the word “Schedule” shall be omitted; and

(b) for the words and figures “31st March, 2011”, the words and figures “31st

March,2012 shall be substituted.

Amendment of Schedule.- In the Schedule to the said regulations in sub-item (I) item

of (4) for the words and figures“1st April,2011”,the words and figures “1st April,2012” shall be

substituted.
