No. EXN-F(6)2/2004-I.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 17 of the Himachal

Pradesh Taxation (On Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act, 1999, the Governor of Himachal

Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Taxation

(On Certain Goods Carried by Road) Rules, 1993 with immediate effect, namely:—

Short Title.—hese rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On certain

Goods Carried by Road) Amendment Rules, 2011.

Amendment of rule 4-A.—In rule 4-A of the Himachal Pradesh Taxation (On Certain

Goods Carried by Road) Rules, 1993 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in sub rule (1) after

the words ‘duly registered’ but before the word ‘by’ the words and figures ‘within 30 days of

such authorization’ shall be inserted.

Amendment in rule 4-B.—In rule 4-B of the said rules, after the words, sign and

figures From T-12 but rule before the word ‘by’ the words and figures ‘within 30 days of such

authorization” shall be inserted.
