No. NES-B(13)-1/2011.—In exercise of the powers vested in her under Section 33 of the

“Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation)

Act, 1995”, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to exempt the following posts from 3%

reservation to disabled persons, in the Himachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency HIMURJA
