Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that
they have solemnized their marriage on 9-6-2005 at Bhagsu Nag but has not been found entered in
the records of the Registrar of Marriages i. e. Secretary G. P. Kareri.
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration
of marriage with the Registrar of marriages and now, therefore, necessary orders for the registration
of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.
Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any
objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they

by the petitioner society on 11-7-2011 through registered AD, which was received back un-
delivered which shows that you have intentionally evaded the service of notice. Hence, you are in
un-authorized occupation of the said premises and liable to be ejected from the said shop and to pay
market rent @ Rs. 1,000/- p. m. for use and occupation of the premises w. e. f. 31-8-2011.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the H. P. Public Premises
