The above officers will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date
of joining.
3.
The above officers shall be entitled to exercise their option for fixation of pay under
the provision of FR-22(I)(a)(1) within one month from the date of issue of this notification and
their pay will be fixed in accordance with Rule 11 of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised
Pay) Rules,2009.
4.
The above promotions are subject to the final outcome in Writ petition (Civil) No.
8077/2011-titled Puran Chand Vrs. State of H.P. & others in the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal
Pradesh.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to post the above Officer on
officiating promotion as Food & Supplies Officer in the O/O District Controller, F,CS&CA,
Kinnaur, Distt. Kinnaur, against vacancy.
3.
This officiating promotion shall not confer upon Sh. Beer Singh any right to claim
for continuation, seniority and regular promotion.
