SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Shimla-9, 28th Febrruary, 2012

No. 80-LSA/Books/2009-10.—Properly sealed tenders are invited for printing of 1,00,000

books on “vke vkneh dk dkuwu” in Hindi Medium so as to reach in this office on or before 14th

March, 2012 by 3.00 PM. Thereafter, no tender shall be entertained. The offers will be opened on

the same day.

The tender form containing sample printing material, specifications, and terms & conditions

can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 10.00 AM to

5.00 PM up to 12.03.2012 at the cost of Rs. 2,000/- on counter and Rs. 2,100/- by Registered post,

which is non-refundable (only MO/TMO will be entertained sufficiently in advance to avoid the

risk of late dispatch of the tender forms. Delay in submission of tender form due to late receipt of

MO/TMO will be the entire responsibility of the tenderers). The tenders sent by post or courier

shall be entertained only if they are actually received by the specified date and time.

Technical and Financial bids only in separate envelopes will be entertained. The tender

must be accompanied with an earnest money of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) only in the shape

of Bank Draft/securities dully pledged in the name of Member Secretary, H. P. State Legal Services

Authority, Shimla-9. The earnest money of the unsuccessful tenders will be returned immediately

and earnest money of the approved tenderers will be returned only after the receipt of all the books

complying all the norms and to the satisfaction of the undersigned. The tenders without earnest

money or short or not in form specified above will be rejected straight way. Conditional tenders

shall not be accepted and the financial bid in respect of technically disqualified tenderers shall

remain unopened.

In case any date mentioned above happens to be a holiday, the next day will be considered

as due date.
