Department falls vacant under promotional quota upto 31-12-2012, the promotion against that posts
shall be governed by the provisions of the existing Recruitment and Promotion Rules for the post of
Principals (College Cadre) notified by this department vide notification No. EDN-A-Kha(3)5/99
dated 18-3-2004 and further amended from time to time, and any post of the Principal (College
Cadre) that will fall vacant under promotional quota on or after 1-1-2013, the promotion against
that post(s) of such a candidates shall be governed by the provisions of these Regulations 2012.”

the Constitution of India , the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the Rules of Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh,1971 namely:-

Short title.—These Rules may be called the Rules of Business of the Government of
Himachal Pradesh (15th Amendment) Rules, 2012.
2.
Amendment of Rule 39.—In rule 39 of the Rules of Business of the Government of
Himachal Pradesh, 1971, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
“Provided that in service matters, the opinion of DOP and FD shall invariably be taken
before consultation of Law Department which shall take into consideration such
opinion(s)”.

Birth & death Registration Act, 1969 along with affidavits and other documents that his father late
Shri Rangila Ram s/o late Shri Rirku Ram, r/o Kachhali died on 22nd February 2010 at Village
Kachhali, P.O. Sandhole, District Mandi (H. P.) but his date of death could not registered by the
applicant in the Gram Panchayat death record, Dattwar, Tehsil Sandhole, District Mandi (H.P.).
Therefore by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having
any objection for the registration of date of death of late Shri Rangila Ram s/o Shri Rirku Ram,
Village Kachhali, P.O. Sandhole, District Mandi and Father of the applicant may submit his
objection in writting in this court on or before 7-6-2012 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection
will be entertained after ex piry of date.
