In Rule 38 of the said rules.-
1. After sub-clause (iii) of sub-rule (1-B), new sub-clause (iv) shall be added, namely :-
(iv) the licensee shall sell brands of liquor by affixing Hologram/EALs on the caps
of the bottles extending on to the necks thereof.
2. Sub-clause (i) of Sub-rule (1-BB) shall be substituted by the following, namely :-
(i)
the licensee shall sell bottled imported foreign liquor in sealed and capsuled
bottles only by affixing Hologram/EALs on the caps of the bottles extending on
to the necks thereof.
3. The Sub-clause (a) and (c) of Sub-rule (15) shall be substituted by the following,
namely :-
(a)
The licensee is authorized to bottle foreign liquor only by affixing
Hologram/EALs on the cap of liquor bottles extending on to the necks thereof
whether manufactured in India or imported.
(c)
The licensee shall not bottle any foreign liquor of a strength other than
prescribed under Sub-clause (ii) of Sub-rule (31) of Rule 37.

Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914), as in force in the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh
immediately before 1st November, 1966 and as in force in the Territories transferred to Himachal
Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-Organization Act, 1966 (31 of 1966) and by virtue of the
powers of the Financial Commissioner (Excise), conferred on me under section 9 of the said Act,
read with the Himachal Pradesh (Excise Power and Appeal) Orders, 1965, I, J.C.Sharma, Excise
and Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh hereby make the following further amendments in
the Himachal Pradesh Liquor License Rules, 1986 (hereinafter called the ‘said rules’) as amended
from time to time, with effect from 1.4.2012 :-
AMENDMENTS
In Rule 38 of the said rules.-
1. After sub-clause (iii) of sub-rule (1-B), new sub-clause (iv) shall be added, namely :-

Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that
they have solemnized their marriage on 26-5-2004 at Dari but has not been found entered in the
records of the Registrar of Marriages.
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration
of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration
of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

name Yadvinder Singh has been recorded in the record of Gram Panchayat Lana Bhalta, Tehsil
Pachhad, District Sirmaur, H. P. Through his application he requested that he wants to change his
surname as Yadvinder Singh Bhullar instead of Yadvinder Singh.
The general public through this notice is hereby informed that if the surname of Shri
Yadvinder Singh be recorded as Yadvinder Singh Bhullar in the record of Gram Panchayat Lana
Bhalta, any person have any objection in this regard, so he can file his objection in written in this
office within 30 days after the publication of this notice. After the expiry of 30 days no objection
will be considered.
