any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 30th of june, 2012;

each nomination paper shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the entry relating

every candidate shall deposit or cause to be deposited a sum of Rupees Fifteen

Thousand only. This amount may be deposited in cash with the Returning Officer at

No. EXN-F (16)3/1999.—The Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers

vested in her under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Tax

(Cinematograph Shows) Act, 1968 (Act No. 11 of 1968) is pleased to exempt the “Akkad Bakkad

Bam Be Bo” produced by JSR Productions Pvt. Ltd. from the payment of entertainment tax under

the Act ibid for a period of three months with immediate effect. This notification is issued in

suppression of this Deptt’s notification of even no. dated 11/6/2012 published in Rajpatra on 11th

June, 2012.

No. Ahy-E(3)-24/09-loose.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following

Rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Animal Husbandry Department Statistical Assistant/

Investigator/ Inspector Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules 1997 notified

vide this department Notification No. Ahy-A(3)-4/89 dated 25.3.1997 namely :-

Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal

Pradesh Animal Husbandry Department, Statistical Assistant, Class-III (Non-Gazetted),

Recruitment and Promotion (2nd amendment) Rules, 2012.

These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra,

Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment of Short title.—In short title of the Himachal Pradesh Animal

Husbandry Department Statistical Assistant/Investigator/Inspector ( Class-III; Non-Gazetted)

Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 1997 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Rules), the signs and

words “/Investigator/ Inspector” shall be deleted.

Amendment of Annexure-A.—In Annexure –“A” to the said Rules, -

(a)

In the existing heading the signs & words “/Investigator/ Inspector” shall be deleted;

and

(b)

for the existing provisions against Col. No.1 the following shall be substituted

namely:-

“Statistical Assistant”.
