Class-III (Non Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2006, notified vide this department

notification Number IPH-A-C-5(9)-2/95 dated 30-5-2006 and notification of even number dated

16-3-2011 namely:—

Short title and Commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the Himachal

Pradesh Department of Irrigation & Public Health, Pump Operator, Class-III (Non-Gazetted),

Recruitment and Promotion (Second Amendment) Rules, 2012.

These Rules shall come into force from the date of Publication in the Rajpatra

Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment of Annexure-“A”.—(1) In ANNEXURE ‘A’ to the Himachal Pradesh

department of Irrigation and Public Health, Pump Operator Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment

and Promotion Rules, 2006.

(a)

For the existing provision in Part-IV of Col.-15-A the following shall be substituted

namely:—

SELECTION PROCESS :

Selection for appointment to the post in the case of Contract Appointment will be

made on the basis of viva-voce test or if considered necessary or expedient by a

written test or practical test, the standard/syllabus etc. of which will be determined

by the concerned recruitment agency.

(b)

(Act No. 15 of 1979) the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, proposes to make the following rules

further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Luxuries (In Hotels and Lodging Houses) Rules,

1979 published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette dated 18th March, 1980 and hereby publishes the

same in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh for the information of the General Public;

If any person likely to be affected by these rules has any objection(s) or suggestion(s) with

regard to these rule, he may send the same to the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Himachal

Pradesh within a period of seven days from the date of publication of the said draft rules in the

Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh;

The objection(s) or suggestion(s), if any received within the above stipulated period shall be

taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the said draft rules, namely:—
