Shri Ram Krishan s/o Shri Samna Tharchain, resident of Village Shudarang, Tehsil Kalpa,
District Kinnaur (H. P.) has presented an application u/s 13 (3) of Birth and Death Registration Act,
1969 supported by an affidavit stating therein that his daughter Urvashi was born on 22-8-1991, but
due to inadvertence, he could not get the birth of his daughter registered in the record of Gram
Panchayat Shudarang. He has further requested to issue an order for registration of the same in the
records of Gram Panchayat Shudarang.
Therefore, notice is hereby issued to the general public through this publication that if any
body has any objection for the registration of birth of said Urvashi in the records of Gram
Panchayat Shudarang, he may prefer his written or verbal objection before the undersigned within a
period of one month i.e. before 27-8-2012 failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any
objection for registration of birth of Urvashi and order under the Act ibid will be issued to the Local
Registrar of Gram Panchayat Shudarang.
