No. EXN-F(1)-9/2012.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
63 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), the Governor of
Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh
Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, notified vide this department notification No. EXNF (5)-4/2005
dated 2nd December, 2005 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (extra ordinary), dated
7th December, 2005, namely:-

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Himachal
Pradesh Value Added Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2012.
(2)
They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the e-Rajpatra,
Himachal Pradesh.
2.
Amendment of Rule 66.–In rule 66 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax
Rules, 2005,-
(a)
in clause (ii), for the words “four lakhs”, the words “five lakhs” shall be
substituted.
(b)
in clause (iii), for the words “fifty thousands”, the words “three lakhs” shall
be substituted.
(c)
clause (iv) shall be deleted;
(d)
clause (vi) shall be deleted;
(e)
clasuse (vii) shall be deleted;
(f)
clause (viii) shall be deleted;
(g)
clause (xi) shall be deleted.

And whereas in the above mentioned case of partition, the respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5 to 24, 28
to 32 were issued summons from this court several times, but service of summons could not
affected upon them through ordinary process.

Application under section 123 of H.P. Land Revenue Act, 1954 for partition of Joint Land situated
at Village Garkhal, Tehsil Kasauli.
PROCLAMATION :
Whereas Smt. Kamya Singh d/o Shri Jeet Singh, resident of Village Garkhal, Tehsil
Kasauli, District Solan (H.P.) at present wife of Shri Surender Singh, r/o Village Chougan, Tehsil
Palampur, District Kangra (H.P.) has filed an application for the partition of joint land comprised in
Khata/Khatauni No. 9/22, Khasra No. 42 area measuring 0-9 bigha situated at Village Garkhal,
Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan (H.P.).
And whereas in the above mentioned case of partition, the respondent Nos. 3 to 24 were
issued summons from this court several times, but service of summons could not affected upon
them through ordinary process.
Hence by this proclamation respondent Nos. 3 to 24 are hereby informed to be present in
this court on 27-8-2012 at 10.00 A.M. to defend the case in person or through their duly authorized
representative failing which they shall be preceded ex-parte.
