promotion of Film Tourism in the State and therefore, so as to ensure compliance of such

guidelines, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute a “High Powered Committee

(HPC)” and a “District Level Committee (DLC)” for deliberating upon and finalizing policy matter,

inter departmental co-ordination issues with regard to promotion of Film Tourism in the State :—

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to designate Director, Tourism as the

Nodal Officer for according Single Window clearance.

The scope of works of aforesaid committees is defined as under:—

The locations/tourist destinations for promoting film tourism shall be identified by

the District level Committee.

The proposals containing high quality pictures, video clippings, details of the kind of

clearances/permissions required, facilitation charges payable per day to specific

agencies/authorities, infrastructural/transportation facilities available, space hiring

charges etc. shall be submitted by the District level Committee for screening/

approval of the High Powered Committee.

That where-ever possible facilities of HPTDC for boarding & lodging as well as

transportation and charges thereof will be quoted. ‘Eco Tourism’ assets shall also be

resorted to. Circuit Houses/Forest/HPSEB/IPH Rest Houses/other departmental

boarding & lodging facilities (in good condition) will also be indicated. Private

resorts/hotels/home stay locations etc. worth quoting with per day charges shall also

be enumerated.

The locations/destinations approved by the High Powered Committee (HPC) shall

be posted on the departmental website with complete details of facilities available

and charges payable thereof.

The copy of such guidelines as issued by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for extending

financial support for promotion of Film Tourism is enclosed herewith for information and taking

appropriate necessary action therein.

vested in her under Section 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of

2005) proposes to make following amendment in Schedule ‘A’ appended to the Act ibid and the

same is hereby published in the Official Gazette (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh for the information

of general public;

No.FDS-A (6)-11/95.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Himachal

Pradesh Bricks (Control) Act, 1969 (Act No. 29 of 1969) and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following order further to amend

the Himachal Pradesh Bricks (Control) Order, 1970,namely:—

Short title.— (1) This order may be called the Himachal Pradesh Bricks (Control)

(Amendment) Order, 2012.

(2)

It shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

Amendment of Clause-4.—In the Himachal Pradesh Bricks (Control) Order, 1970,

in Clause 4, sub clause-(ii), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

“(ii) Subject to the general or special instructions notified by the State Government from

time to time in this behalf a license may, if the site of kiln is not detrimental to the health

and safety of the general public or to the crops, gardens or nurseries in close proximity

there to, be granted or renewed by the District Magistrate. The kiln shall not be installed
