1.
Short Title.—These Rules shall be called "Himachal Pradesh High Court
Officers and Members of the Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service Conduct & Appeal
(21st amendment) Rules, 2012.
2.
Commencement.—They shall come into force with immediate effect.
3.
Amendments.—(i) The words "Protocol Officer and Public Relation Officer"
shall be added in the Schedule B, Class-I(Gazetted) against Sr. No.4 in the 4th
Column "Mode of appointment" after the word Section Officer and resultantly the
word "and" appearing before Section Officer shall be substituted by "comma(,)".
(ii)
The post of Cook-cum-Attendant, below Sr.No.5 as Sr. No.5-A, in
Schedule-E(Class-IV)annexed to "Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and Members of the
Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service Conduct & Appeal)Rules, 2003" shall be added as

Court for the registration of marriage under Special Marriage Act, 1954. Hence this proclamation is
