Whereas the above named applicant has made an application under section 8 (4) of the
Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating there in that
they have solemnized their marriage on (date) 18-11-2011 at (Place) Kharota Khanyara but has not
been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages;
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration
of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration
of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed exparte for the registration of
