PROCLAMATION
Since the petitioner viz. Shri Bhupinder Singh s/o Shri Tek Singh, r/o Shikawari under this
Tehsil has filed an application for correction of name in the revenue record of Muhal Shikawari to
the effect that his name has been entered inadvertently in the record as Bhupendar Kumar instead of
Bhupender Singh whereby he is facing difficulties and hence prayed for making necessary orders
for the correction of his name.
Since the general public has been made as respondent and it has come to the satisfaction of
the undersigned that the service of the summons/notices upon general public could not be effected
in ordinary manners thereupon and hence this proclamation is hereby issued and called the general
public to file the objections if any in respect of making orders for necessary correction of the name
in the record of Muhal concerned, in person or through their legal representative on or before
16-4-2013 at 10.00 A.M. failing which an exparte orders shall be passed and the application would
