No. UD-A(3)1/2012.—In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to subsection
(2) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor,
Himachal Pradesh proposes to amend Schedule-I and to declare Nagar Panchayats Santokhgarh,
Distt. Una, Dehra, Jawalamukhi, Distt. Kangra and Sujanpur, Distt. Hamirpur, (H.P.) as Municipal
Councils.
Any person who desires to object to the proposed declaration, should submit his objections
in writing to the Addl. Chief Secretary (UD) to the Government of H.P. through the concerned
